Features
Brew Pressure Knob
Bold and blue, the brew pressure knob takes the concept of an external OPV (over-pressure valve) and runs with it. With your thumb and forefinger, you can adjust brew pressures between 8.5 and 12 bar to your liking. For full symmetry, the brew pressure gauge features the same navy color with bold white font.
Multi-Position Water Tank
In an inspired bit of engineering, ECM separated the water tank from the rest of the machine. Connected via the braided steel water intake and return lines, the 2 liter glass reservoir can be positioned to your liking behind or on either side of the Puristika.
PID Temperature Controller
The nerve center of the Puristika, the PID controller allows you to set your desired brew temperature within 1 degree (Fahrenheit or Celsius). In addition to controlling and regulating the boiler, it doubles as a shot timer while brewing, allows you to set a backflush reminder, and lets you program the Puristika’s Eco Mode.
Next Generation Style
While it borrows some elements from the design of previous ECM machines, the Puristika blazes trails with new colors and new materials. From the cool navy gauge and pressure knob to the glass reservoir the Puristika is subtle and beautiful
